Orders:   Orders may be placed by e-mail to sales@PocketCritters.com.  Please provide item numbers and quantities, and your contact information.  We will respond as soon as possible to confirm availability and to provide your order total - including shipping and/or insurance costs.

Payment Methods: We accept money orders and personal checks for domestic orders. And now, for faster shipping, we also accept credit card payments via your PayPal™ account.

Orders paid for by money order (issued by a major bank or the US Postal Service) are shipped within approximately two business days; check orders are held until they clear. 

For orders outside the United States, we accept international money orders or personal checks drawn on US banks (US funds only) or credit card payment via your PayPal™ account.

Payment is expected within 10 days of the order date unless prior arrangements are made.  Reminders will be sent through email unless you specify otherwise. If 30 days has elapsed since the order was made and no payment has been received, we will send one last reminder and then consider the transaction canceled if not paid in 10 days.

PayPal™:  If you are paying through your PayPal™ account, please direct payment to chariebaby@yahoo.com and include the email address from which you originally placed the order (if different from your PayPal™ registered email address) in the subject field.  Please ensure that your shipping address is included.  (Please double check the information before sending, as funds sent to the wrong email address cannot be credited.)  Orders paid through PayPal™ are normally shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation unless otherwise stated in the item description.

Shipping Information:  Our policy is to ship your items as carefully and as quickly as possible. Our shipping and handling fees are quite reasonable.  For shipping of critter orders outside the United States, please add $6.00 to your total (for uninsured shipping via small packet airmail).

For domestic orders, we use first class mail (normally no more than 7 days to anywhere in the US) unless the total weight of your order brings the first class rate within 50 cents of the cost of priority mail -- in which case, we'll use priority shipping. In any event, if you need faster delivery, please let us know and we'll email you the cost for priority or next day shipping of your item(s).

About insurance: While we take great care in properly packaging items, please understand that we cannot replace or be responsible for reimbursement of uninsured items.  We do not require you to insure your package, but do encourage it if the order total is over $30.

Return/Refund Policy:  Any item(s) purchased from the PocketCritters.com website may be returned for a credit or refund of the full purchase price (this is the total amount paid less shipping/insurance costs) or exchanged for an equal value of any other in-stock item(s).  Returns must be in their original condition and received within 30 days of the recorded shipping date.
